In the early 80's Martin and his family emmigrated from Oberwaelden, Germany to Canada and settled down in Lac La Hache, B.C.

In 1983 the Miller family bakery opened with immediate success throughout the British Columbian Caribou. All natural ingredients, and no preservatives, we're already very important to the Miller family and their bakery.Trailer at the market night time

In 1999 the Miller family moved to Mission, B.C. and started a second bakery, Brot Haus Bakery. A short 2 years later, Martin sold the Brot Haus Bakery and moved to Kelowna, opening Wine Country Bakery

Trailer at the marketIn 2005 Martin's eldest, Andy, started a bakery in Abbotsford, BC.

Gesundheits Bakery


In and around the bakery his entire  life, Andy,  naturally  
developed his passion for the art of baking quality breads.

Like his father, he made it a family affair by including his wife, Kathy and their four children. They now provide the lower mainland with some of the finest breads available.

Martin’s youngest son, Mark, when needed, he works at Wine Country Bakery as it's top assistant baker.
